New beginners
Some instructions for your first lesson:
- Do not feed your puppy /dog for at least 2 hours before class starts
- Please bring your puppy to class with a regular lead – no extender leads please
- Bring along training food or treats
- I work with all forms of equipment you use with your dog: regular collars, half check, harnesses, head collars etc
- Advice and guidance will be given on which equipment is best for your dog
- Families are welcome and encouraged to come along. During class there will be only one handler working at a time with a dog while the rest of the family watch. You can swop out handlers so everyone learns.
- Owners come along with an open mind ready to learn!
